By accessing or using Nihongo Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Accounts & License

As part of our commitment to accessible education, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to enter and use the Platform for non-commercial educational purposes.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account access with others. One account per student.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video lectures, Kanji drawing modules, mock exams, and software architecture, is the property of Nihongo Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our curriculum or premium assets without express written permission.

4. Acceptable Conduct

While using the platform, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract mock exam questions or dictionary data.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI Kanji grading system or exam timers.
• Harass or disrupt other students or instructors in community sections (if available).

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The materials on Nihongo Pro's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Furthermore, while our 90-Days Curriculum is heavily optimized for JLPT N5/N4, we do not guarantee that you will pass the official JLPT examination. Success depends on individual effort and practice.
